parent company of firms

Florida. Our group of companies

Estero, Renaissance and Heritage
Palms in South Ft. Myers, and
Tarpon Point Estates in Cape

Who We Are
The
owners of Cornerstone
Developers, Inc., possess the
perfect combination of talent
and expertise to build luxury
residences against Florida's
relaxed and natural backdrop.
Managing various companies
within the Cornerstone Group*,
the management team has
assembled a rich portfolio of
custom estate homes.
In 1963, Pat Musumano founded
his first construction company
in Connecticut. During those
early years, Pat developed an
eye for integrating each element
in the building process -
topography, design,
construction, and landscaping -
to achieve the desired
high-quality results. During his
31-year career in Connecticut,
Pat earned a solid reputation
for his unique ability to
visualize great designs for a
specific site. Pat and his wife,
Donna, have worked side by side
as co-founders of Cornerstone,
utilizing their combined
expertise and solid work ethic
to make the company a
respectable choice for potential
customers. The addition of
son-in-law Paul Radcliffe and
son Greg Musumano as principals
in the company, along with a
great staff, brought further
skills that continued the
momentum which has made
Cornerstone a viable force in
the local building industry.
Pat’s brother, Gregory, has also
joined the team as a partner in
a couple of their ventures,
adding his 35 years experience
in the trade.
Established in 1994, Cornerstone
Developers, Inc. is a General
Contracting firm whose
operations extend throughout
Southwest Florida. At present,
Cornerstone’s activities occur
within the Naples MSA
(Metropolitan Statistical Area).
Nationally recognized for its
unparalleled growth, the Greater
Naples Area continues to rank
among the hottest housing
markets in the United States.

Pat Musumano - President
& Owner
Pat has been involved in
construction and land
development since 1963.
A native of Connecticut,
he was only 23 when
founding his first
building company. Pat
has extensive experience
in land purchasing,
planning and development
of both residential and
commercial construction
projects. Over the
years, Pat has developed
and built numerous
residential
subdivisions. His
greatest commercial
venture was the
purchasing and
remodeling of a 500,000
square foot historic
office and industrial
park in Connecticut.
Donna Musumano - Vice
President & Owner
Since it’s inception,
through dedication and
an entrepreneurial zeal,
Donna has taken a
leading role in
Cornerstone’s growth.
Her previous experience
in sales and design
compliments Pat’s
construction savvy.
Donna works hand in hand
with Pat on plans and
community development
and directly oversees
the interior and
exterior design of their
award winning models.
Greg Musumano - Vice
President of Operations
& Owner
Greg's involvement in
the family business
spans more than 15 years
in both field and
business operations. He
earned a Bachelor of
Arts in Communications
and spent 10 years
working in business,
academic and corporate
environments focusing on
sales and marketing,
operations and
Information Technology.
Paul Radcliffe - Vice
President of
Construction & Owner
As son-in-law, Paul was
introduced to the family
business and quickly
discovered an aptitude
for the trade. A state
licensed building
contractor and real
estate broker, he now
has more than 15 years
experience in the
residential construction
and real estate
industry.
